This is one of those places that you pass many many times and then want to jump off a cliff because you should had tried it sooner. Food for royalty is the best way to describe it. The food is just amazing and that homemade bread with sweet cream butter is something you want to be buried with to take with you. You have got to stop and try something on your way through Kansas, Ok. I had the Chicken and Dumpling special for lunch and a triple cheese grilled sandwich, both were 6/5 stars and makes me want to drive over an hour to go back for dinner. Looking forward to going again later this week.

When travelling in this area of OK, I always stop here for meals. I first visited shortly after they opened in 2018. Everything I've ever tried has been homemade, delicious, & quite filling. Their desserts are simply DELECTABLY DELICIOUS! The Heart & Soul Kitchen is well worth the drive to savor their wonderful creations. Prices are very reasonable for the food quality & serving sizes. When I stopped in yesterday, 17OCT25, I tried their potato soup! It was GREAT! There were potatoes in EVERY BITE! In addition, they place grated sharp cheddar cheese, fresh-cooked bacon, & fresh chives on top! Give the Heart & Soul Kitchen a try if you're in the area! You'll be GLAD you did! P.S. If you're looking for a bit of help with meal planning, you can pickup frozen meals, which are DELICIOUS!

A small deli. Pies, cookies, sandwiches, take and bake meals. We tried a slice of pie and a couple of sandwiches. Nothing special with the food. Average homemade deli sandwiches. Painfully slow service. Overall, not impressed. The restaurant was empty when we arrived. By 11:30 there were a few customers seated and a line at the counter. Several car loads of customers pulled up, walked in saw the line, and did a 180. They apparently knew about the slow service.

It is said that the simple pleasures in life are the most satisfying, and the food at Heart and Soul Kitchen is a testament to this statement. The culinary journey begins with handmade bread, but the real star, however, is the smoked bacon cheddar cheese. It's not just cheese, it's a symphony of flavors that makes your palate dance. The smoky undertones elevate the cheese, transforming it from a mere ingredient to a true culinary masterpiece. It's an experience of savoring the rich, creamy texture, the smoky aroma, and the burst of flavors that leave an indelible mark on your taste buds. I’m sad that I didn’t have time or appetite to try the homemade soup, but looks delicious. They also offer frozen homemade dinners to go for when you don’t want to cook or if you’re a solo dinner maker!! Do yourself a favor and take a trip to Heart and Soul Kitchen. It's not just about the food, it's about the experience. The friendly ambiance, the passion for serving good food, and the commitment to quality make it a place that you would want to visit again and again. A visit here promises a gastronomic adventure that is sure to tantalize your taste buds and leave you longing for more.

Best Ham & Smoked Turkey with cheddar cheese on toasted white home made bread sandwich was so delicious and big enough for two people to share. Need to go back and try the potato salad etc. we took home a slice of carrot. Take for later. Had to take at least one bite before we left and ohhhh so tasty. Try them you won’t be disappointed. Very friendly and didn’t wait long at all. You have to drive to Kansas, OK is the only thing which would be hard to do very often.
